Role summary
Support the complete procurement cycle for SCIDaR programmes, from identifying suppliers and analysing bids to compliance documentation and payment-processing assistance.
Responsibilities
- Assist supplier sourcing, prequalification, evaluation and database maintenance.
- Prepare procurement reports, trackers and compliance checklists.
- Keep procurement files accurate, complete and ready for audit.
- Research market prices and support cost analysis.
- Clarify specifications with requesting teams, follow up approvals and perform other assigned procurement tasks.
Eligibility
- At least a second-class upper bachelor’s degree in Administration, Management Sciences, Social Sciences or another relevant field.
- Zero to two years of relevant experience after NYSC.
- Leadership demonstrated through study, employment or extracurricular activities.
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, initiative, accuracy, communication and collaboration; adaptability and openness to feedback.
