Role summary
Provide operational and technical assistance across the Finance unit’s daily workflows.
Responsibilities
- Enter financial data and reconcile transactions to the correct general-ledger accounts.
- Prepare bank-payment schedules and monthly reconciliations.
- Identify failed payments for reprocessing and notify affected stakeholders.
- Help prepare project invoices, bills and receipts, and analyse financial-statement items.
- Assist internal and external audit reviews and implementation of recommendations.
- Support timely PAYE, withholding tax, VAT, pension, NHF and NSITF remittances.
Eligibility
- First-class bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or a related subject from an accredited university.
- Deployed to NYSC camp or awaiting scheduled camp deployment when applying.
- Accuracy, analytical thinking, initiative, teamwork, adaptability, communication and willingness to learn.
