Programme description
MTN’s return-to-work initiative supports career-focused mothers who took a professional break because of childbirth or care for a sick child or children. The one-year programme offers a structured environment to rebuild experience, strengthen professional capabilities and return to workplace participation.
Eligibility requirements
- Be a mother seeking to resume a career after a break related to childbirth or caring for a sick child or children.
- Have between five and ten years of relevant professional experience acquired before the career break.
- Hold a relevant professional certification or provide verifiable evidence of continuing professional development.
- Accepted development evidence can include recent training, professional courses, industry learning or other recognized activity relevant to your field.

Prepare accurate information about your professional background, career break, relevant certification and recent development activities. Complete every compulsory field in the official form.
