About the MTN graduate programme

The programme combines two development routes:

• Formal learning: Training through the MTN Academy, including modules delivered through regional learning centres in Southern, Northern and Western Africa and blended digital and immersive learning.
• Workplace development: Employment within an MTN operating company, placement in a relevant role, job rotations, mentoring, coaching and interaction with executive teams.

Eligibility requirements

Applicants must:

• Be Nigerian citizens.
• Have graduated in 2024 or later with at least a Second Class Upper Division (2:1) degree or HND Upper Credit.
• Have completed the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) in September 2026 and hold a valid certificate as proof.
• Be fluent in English.
• Hold a valid international passport.
